Klshay provides delivery services throughout Qatar, including Doha and other cities and areas within the State.<\/span><\/p>\n

Delivery availability to a particular location may depend on accessibility, courier coverage and operational conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Order Processing<\/b><\/h2>\n

Orders are generally processed within approximately <\/span>6-12 hours after the order is placed<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery appointments unless Klshay expressly confirms otherwise.<\/span><\/p>\n

      4. Delivery Charges<\/b><\/h2>\n

      Delivery charges are <\/span>calculated during checkout<\/b> based on the delivery location, order and applicable delivery arrangements.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Customers will be able to review applicable delivery charges before completing payment.<\/span><\/p>\n

      5. Payment<\/b><\/h2>\n

      Klshay currently accepts <\/span>online payments only<\/b> using the payment options displayed at checkout.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.<\/b><\/p>\n

      Orders may be subject to successful payment authorization before processing.<\/span><\/p>\n

      6. Delivery Contact<\/b><\/h2>\n

          The delivery representative may contact the customer before or during delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n

          Customers should remain reachable using the telephone number submitted with the order.<\/span><\/p>\n

          7. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt<\/b><\/h2>\n

          If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable or cannot be contacted, the delivery rider or Klshay delivery team will attempt to contact the customer again, normally on the <\/span>following day<\/b>, to rearrange delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n

          Continued failure to contact the customer may delay delivery until new arrangements are agreed.<\/span><\/p>\n

          8. Incorrect Address or Contact Information<\/b><\/h2>\n

          Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery and contact information submitted during checkout is accurate.<\/span><\/p>\n

          Klshay should be contacted as soon as possible if an address or telephone number needs to be corrected.<\/span><\/p>\n

          Changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.<\/span><\/p>\n

          9. Delays<\/b><\/h2>\n

          Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances including:<\/span><\/p>\n

            • Events outside Klshay’s reasonable control<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Where a material delay becomes known, Klshay will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the customer.<\/span><\/p>\n

              10. Product Availability<\/b><\/h2>\n

              Website stock information is updated periodically but may change before an order is finally processed.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  If an ordered product becomes unavailable, Klshay may contact the customer and cancel the affected item or order and issue any applicable refund.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  11. Receiving and Inspecting Your Order<\/b><\/h2>\n

                  Customers are encouraged to check their delivery promptly.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  Any visible damage, incorrect item, missing component or delivery issue should be reported to Klshay Customer Support as soon as possible and preferably within the <\/span>3-day product checking period<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  12. Wrong Product Delivered<\/b><\/h2>\n

                  If Klshay delivers a product that the customer did not order, the customer will not be required to bear the reasonable cost of returning that incorrectly delivered item.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  Klshay will arrange the appropriate collection\/replacement process.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  13. Cancellation Before Dispatch<\/b><\/h2>\n
